Tell us a little bit about yourself?
I have been working as a technology professional for over 20 years. I’m passionate about IT infrastructure challenges and as an engineer I find my extensive, long-time experience very helpful daily.
Tell us about your role at ePost Global.
As an IT Operations Engineer, I am responsible for the entire company IT infrastructure’s planning, modification and security. I manage ePost servers, network, email, licensing, hardware/software procurement and support, help desk and training systems, and others.
What were the first steps you took to get into the industry?
I started my IT career as a Dell Field Engineer.
What are you most proud of working at ePost?
I am responsible and can handle the entire IT infrastructure. I enjoy learning and implementing new technologies.
What’s been your best day at work so far?
Every day at ePost is a great day! Managing the backbone technology structure is a very challenging and responsible position. I “save the world” every day and that gives me the biggest satisfaction.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
I was recruited and encouraged to work for ePost by one of the former employees who, sadly, passed away. The idea of managing the company IT infrastructure and learning and implementing new systems was appealing to me from the beginning.
