Tell us about yourself and your journey to work in International Logistics.
I would best describe myself as curious, captivating, and open-minded. On a personal level, I come from an orthodox cultural background, yet having moved to the States for higher studies which instilled in me a deep appreciation for different perspectives and a strong sense of adaptability.
I consider myself a grounded enthusiast with an entrepreneurial spirit which reflects my aspiration for a blend of personal growth and professional development. I enjoy experimenting new recipes in the kitchen, exploring sports and mountain peaks during my spare time..
Tell us about your role at ePost Global
At ePost Global, I started as an IT Business Analyst, where my primary responsibility was to streamline and optimize our shipping processes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries by fulfilling project requirements specifically on the tech side of things.
I’m now entrusted with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) role being a critical phase in the software development lifecycle, where the end-users or clients validate the system to ensure it meets their requirements and works as expected in real-world scenario and a smoother transition to the new systems or applications.
Apart from keen attention to detail, in this role, I’m constantly challenged to think creatively and strategically to overcome obstacles and achieve our objectives, which I really enjoy having instilled in me different perspectives that also allows me to contribute to the overall success of our team and the organization.
What were your first steps to get into the industry?
Growing up I’ve always had a passion for technology and problem-solving, which naturally led me to pursue a career in logistics and supply chain having done engineering and then MBA here in the states. In terms of work, I’ve always been drawn to environments that foster innovation and collaboration and I feel like I thrive in dynamic settings where I can apply my thought-process and skills to drive meaningful impact. The dedication to both our clients and the work environment made me all the more wanting to be a part of ePost Global.

Seeing the genuine enthusiasm and commitment from the leadership team, as well as their transparent communication style, made me realize that I was part of a forward-thinking organization that truly values its employees. I got to learn a lot with the mentorship of experienced professionals in the industry who’ve been around for years now and their guidance speaks volumes, to which no search engine or AI for that matter could even be considered.
Having said that, I want to specially thank Dushyanth for guiding me and for making sure that I was in the right place to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
I honestly couldn’t be any happier that I’m here at ePost Global which I’m really grateful for and I feel that is because of not just any one moment which I could tell but just the work environment & being in such a fast-paced sector in which we have to stay up to date by all means.
