- Job Title: Truck Driver

Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified, dependable Truck Driver to join our team at our South Hackensack location. In this role, you will be responsible for the loading and unloading of goods from the warehouse or the client’s facility into/off your truck and then transporting the load. Our drivers must always drive safely and be professional and courteous when talking with our customers/Stakeholders. We prefer candidates who have at least six months of truck driving experience.
Responsibilities
The Driver is responsible for making pick-ups and deliveries between the warehouse, airport, and local area customers. The process includes reading invoices, breaking down and sorting pallets, using a pallet jack or electric forklift, and interacting with site Receivers and department managers to ensure a smooth pick-up and delivery process. Map delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Pick up loads, organize goods in the truck, and secure packages.
- Transport pallet goods and packages from a place of origin to the assigned destination.
- Obtain signatures or warehouse scans to confirm and complete deliveries with clients.
- Communicate with dispatch and clients as needed.
- Maintain and service vehicles as needed (refueling, changing oil, tire pressure, repairs, etc.)
- Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs.
- Track and report working hours.
- Adhere to company rules and regulations.
- Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver’s license required.
- 6+ months of driving a box truck is a plus.
- Clean driving record with no moving violations for the last 3 years
- Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as electric lifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks, is a plus.
- Be able to stand/walk for long periods of time, frequently push, pull, bend, reach, and lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
