Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I’m someone who values both personal growth and meaningful connections. In my free time, I love reading and learning new things, and I’m always up for an adventure, whether it’s exploring new places or trying out new activities.
As of lately I have been focused on bettering myself every day, especially as I navigate my current health journey. At home, I have two adorable cats that bring a lot of joy to my life. I cherish spending time with my loved ones, especially my five nieces and nephews. I take great pride in watching my nieces and nephews grow up; their growth and achievements inspire me.
Tell us about your role at ePost Global
As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, my primary responsibility is to ensure that we process invoices and payments efficiently and accurately. A significant part of my job is managing the processing of vendor invoices. I ensure that every invoice is reviewed and handled in accordance with our company policies. This diligence helps us maintain strong relationships with our vendors, ensuring that payments are made on time.
Another part of my job is reconciling our accounts payable records. I regularly check for any discrepancies and identify any areas where we can improve. It’s all about finding ways to do things better. Lastly, I’m always looking for ways to streamline our processes. By using new technologies, techniques and honing new and old skills we can work more efficiently and stay ahead of the game. Overall, my role is key in keeping our financial operations running smoothly and building positive vendor relationships.
What were your first steps to get into the industry
My journey into the logistics industry began in 2013 when I took on a basic data entry position in the dispatch department of what was formerly RR Donnelley. I worked full-time in this role while attending Cal State Long Beach as a full-time college student. What started as a simple position quickly evolved into a full dispatch team role as I demonstrated my abilities and took on more responsibilities. The skills I gained during that time continue to be valuable in my current Accounts Payable position.

What has been one of your best days at work so far?
My best day at work so far was when I got promoted. was incredibly rewarding to know that my hard work and dedication were recognized by the team. That moment really boosted my confidence and made me feel appreciated. It reminded me how much I enjoy contributing to our success.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
The moment I knew I’d made the right decision to work here was when I first experienced how supportive the team is. Each time I was recognized for an accomplishment, it reinforced that I was truly valued. Feeling appreciated in the workplace is incredibly important to me. Every time I’m given more responsibility or learn a new skill, those moments just strengthen my decision to be part of this team.
