Queency is a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative at ePost Global, who has been an integral part of the company’s growth and success. Starting in the warehouse, she progressed from sorting mail and processing parcels to her current role.
As part of the Customer Service team, Queency and her colleagues work tirelessly to assist customers, particularly those new to international shipping. They oversee the entire shipping process, ensuring a seamless experience from departure to delivery.

Tell us about yourself and your journey to work in International Logistics.
I have been living in LA for most of my life. I was born in the Philippines and moved to LA when I was 10 years old and have stayed local ever since with my husband and parents.
I enjoy going to Disneyland in my free time to walk around and taste all the snacks and coffees that they offer. I have also started an interest in photography, which is a hobby that my husband and I have shared. We have been driving around LA lately and just taking photos of all the wonderful scenery that catches our eye.
I started working for ePost Global when it was still RR Donnelley. Starting my first steps in processing parcels in the warehouse, I learned a lot in the short period in the warehouse. I went from sorting mail, processing parcels, and prepping Canadian shipments to becoming a customer service representative.
Tell us about your role at ePost Global.
As part of the Customer Service Representatives, we work hard to assist our customers, especially those who are just starting to ship internationally. We oversee the processes from the moment our customer’s shipments leave their location up until a shipment gets delivered. Any questions in between, our team can review and assist.
Aside from working with customers, we also interact with our internal teams –sales, operations, commercial, billing, dispatch, support. We are the liaison for all to ensure the process is seemingly for everyone and our customers are satisfied.
What is one thing that sets ePost apart from its competitors?
I think one thing that sets ePost apart from its competitors is the drive from all of the departments to ensure our customers are happy and all their goals are met. Our team always works together hand in hand to achieve the best results for our customers.

What’s been your best day at work so far?
There are plenty of days to choose from but if I had to choose, it would be last December when our Customer Service Manager and Director of Finance teamed up together to get the team a Christmas tree for the office. Everyone came together to decorate the tree, it was a fun experience decorating the office with everyone.
One moment it was an office then the next it looked like Santa’s workshop, it was truly a memorable one. This just shows that our working together goes beyond professionalism.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
I knew I made the right choice to work here when I met the people. When I started in Customer Service, I was nervous as I only knew how to process parcels. However, everyone I met was willing to help with any questions I had, ePost has the best employees which reflects well on the company. They are there to help one another and that same action goes towards our customers.
