Meet Adriana Nava, Onboarding Admin

Living in sunny Los Angeles, she’s a Dodgers fan, a beach lover, and a daily Starbucks enthusiast.

Tell us a little bit about yourself.

My Name is Adriana. Most people know me as Adri. I have been living in LA all my life. In my free time, I enjoy going out with my girlfriends to dance and do other activities making new memories. I love going to Starbucks (every day lol). I also enjoy going to the beach with my Pom and the Dodgers games with my brothers.

Tell us about your role at ePost Global.

As an Onboarding Admin, I coordinate with our sales team to onboard their new customers. I make sure we have all the details that are required to set up an account successfully. Once an account is completely set up, we do an internal call with all our department teams which include the following: The sales representative of the account, Customer service representative and Customer service manager, UI team, billing, commercial, support, dispatch, and our operations team of the facility to discuss any additional details or feedback further before the customer starts shipping.

What were your first steps to get into the industry?

My journey into the logistics industry began in 2016 when it was formally still RR Donnelley. I started as a mail sorted processing parcels in the warehouse then became a customer service representative now being an Onboarding Admin. Over the years, I have taken on various roles that have allowed me to broaden my skills.

What is one thing that sets ePost apart from its competitors?

What sets ePost Global apart from its competitors is its close relationship with its customers. Our team is not only the best but best at communicating and making all efforts to assist or find solutions to benefit our customers’ needs.

What are you most proud of working at ePost?

I’m most proud of being part of a supportive work environment that allows professional growth. ePost has allowed me to gain more skills and knowledge. Also, our amazing dedicated teamwork. We all work together to achieve our company’s goals.

What’s been your best day at work so far?

There are so many days to choose from but my best day was December of last year when all our department teams teamed up together to decorate for Christmas all over the office. It was such a fun experience.

What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work

here?

I knew I had made the right decision to work here when getting trained in different roles. I felt welcomed and appreciated. I knew this was a good fit for me.
