Tell us a little bit about yourself.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where I’ve developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and communities. I’m particularly passionate about making a positive impact and helping others in any way I can. Whether it’s through my professional work or volunteering, I find fulfillment in contributing to meaningful causes.

I have a few hobbies that I’m passionate about. I love reading—I find it a great way to learn and unwind. I also enjoy cooking and baking; there’s something so satisfying about creating something delicious from scratch. Additionally, I’m a fan of documentaries and horror movies, which might seem like opposite ends of the spectrum, but both genres fascinate me.

Above all, I cherish spending time with my family. Celebrating milestones and holidays together is something I always look forward to—it’s a time to reconnect and create lasting memories.

Tell us about your role at ePost Global

As the Human Resources Administrative Manager at ePost Global, my role revolves around overseeing the management and well-being of our most valuable asset- the employees. I am responsible for a range of critical HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. One of the aspects of my role that I find most fulfilling is advocating for our employees.

I strive to create an inclusive and supportive workplace environment where everyone feels valued, seen, and acknowledged. I believe in finding a balance between what is right for our employees and what is necessary for the organization’s success. This involves navigating various challenges and situations with empathy, fairness, and strategic thinking. During my time at ePost Global, I have implemented initiatives that have positively impacted employee morale and engagement. These efforts have contributed to a more cohesive and motivated workforce.

What were your first steps to get into the industry?

My journey in the logistics industry began in 1999 when I started as an Operations Administrator at IPC, International Postal Consultants. This role provided me with a foundational understanding of operational processes and logistics management. Over the years, I have taken on various roles that have allowed me to broaden my skills and expertise.

I transitioned into roles such as Document Control Administrator, Export Clerk, Administrative Assistant, and Sales Administrator. Each position provided me with unique insights into different facets of logistics and administration. In these roles, I gained hands-on experience in document management, export procedures, and administrative support. These experiences were crucial in developing my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex tasks.

My career path eventually led me to my current role as a Human Resources Administrative Manager. This transition allowed me to leverage my administrative background while focusing on employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development within the logistics industry. Throughout my career, I have consistently sought opportunities to learn and grow. I have been proactive in taking on new challenges and responsibilities, which has contributed to my professional development and prepared me for leadership roles. My diverse experience across operations, administration, and now human resources has provided me with a well-rounded perspective on the logistics industry. I understand the importance of efficiency, teamwork, and customer satisfaction in this dynamic field.

This collaborative spirit not only strengthens our team but also enhances our ability to deliver excellent service to our customers.

Personally, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to several impactful projects where teamwork played a crucial role in their success. Whether it’s improving operational efficiency or implementing new strategies, being part of a supportive and capable team has been incredibly fulfilling. Beyond specific projects, I’m proud to be part of a cohesive team that values open communication, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to excellence. In my 16 plus years at ePost, I’ve been fortunate to experience many memorable days, but the best ones for me are always those dedicated to celebrating and recognizing our employees. Whether it’s during our birthday celebrations, employee appreciation lunches, or holiday gatherings, these occasions stand out as the highlights of my career. They’re the days when we come together as a team to honor our colleagues’ hard work and contributions.


For me, the best days are when I get to witness the genuine appreciation and happiness on our employees’ faces as we acknowledge their dedication. It’s incredibly rewarding to see our team members feel valued and celebrated. Personally, being involved in organizing and participating in these events brings me a deep sense of fulfillment. It reinforces my belief in the importance of fostering a positive work culture where employees feel appreciated and motivated.

What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?

The moment I knew I had made the right decision to work at ePost was when I realized that my opinions and ideas truly mattered to the leadership of the organization.
